I purchased coins, but never got them! What can I do?

In this situation we would like to ask you for a 'bit' of patience :)
Payment process can take up to 24 hours on the App Store/Google Play side.

If coins didn't arrive after that time, please let us know by contacting our Customer Support team on landlordgo@reality.co or via our app.

Also, send a screenshot of your digital receipt that you should receive via email after your purchase.
The screenshot has to contain:

  • date of your purchase
  • name of the purchases item
  • ID of your transaction.

We will check what happened to your coins after we receive this information.
