I can't attach screenshots when contacting Customer Support.

First of all, we would like to inform you that you have to configure your e-mail in the device and enable access to photos.
Only then you would be able to attach the screenshot.

Another option is sending it via your e-mail account.
Send it to landlordgo@reality.co
You can also use “send feedback” option available in the settings panel (on the bottom of settings tab).
