I purchased coins, but never got them! What to do?

If the purchased bundle did not reach your account within an hour, please let us know by contacting our Customer Support team on feedback@landlordgame.com or via our app. 

Also, send a screenshot of your digital receipt that you should receive via email after your purchase. 
The screenshot has to contain: 

  • date of your purchase 
  • name of the purchases item 
  • ID of your transaction

We will check what happened to your purchase after we receive this information. 

Tip: If you contact us within the game, remember to always select the 'Failed Purchase' topic.
This will help us process case much faster.
