I sent an offer/bid at the auction and didn't receive property or cash.

Private offers: After you send an offer to the owner of shares, he/she got 7 days to accept, decline or counter the offer. 

Auctions: The bidding time is 4 hours

After the offer/auction is over, check the Mailbox. 
In the event that no information has appeared or the money/property has not reached your account, please contact Customer Support and attach screenshot of the activity tab containing information about:

• property name
• its value
• date of accident
