How to send someone an offer?

To create an offer: 

1. Choose the property you are interested in.
2. Expand the Shareholders view and choose someone.
3. Determine number of shares and amount of cash you are willing to pay.
4. Click the button with a coin.

Caution: Offers cannot be canceled.
