Owning a certain number of similar properties unlocks category rent boost.
The higher the level of your collection, the bigger your additional rent is.
Tip: Land type venues are not collectible, however they are added to the collection with the most properties.
Caution: If you own land type properties only, you will not receive any bonuses.
