I purchased coins, but never got them! What to do?

If the purchased bundle did not reach your account within an hour, please contact us via in-game Customer Support in the Settings tab or by sending e-mail on landlordgo@reality.co

Also, send a screenshot of your digital receipt that you should receive via email after your purchase. 
The screenshot has to contain: 

  • date of your purchase 
  • name of the purchases item 
  • ID of your transaction

We will check what happened to your purchase after we receive this information. 

Tip: If you contact us within the game, remember to always select the 'Failed Purchase' topic. 
This will help us process case much faster.
