GPS issues?

Please make sure that your GPS is turned on, then try to open Google Maps and verify your location. 
If it won't help, please try to change your GPS settings to ‘high accuracy’, optionally rebooting the device after.  
Also, please check if the game has a permit to use the location of your device - if it's turned off, the app may not work properly.
