My tickets disappear when I'm trying to contact Customer Support.

Unfortunately, some players are unable to view their tickets anymore after sending them to us. 
We reply to every ticket we receive, we assure you ;) 

You can send us message via your e-mail account. 
It will be the best way to stay in touch with our team. 
Send it to landlordgo@reality.co 

You can also use “send feedback” option available in the settings tab (on the bottom). 
Don't forget about adding your game ID.
