If you have not received the coins automatically, it may be caused by one of the following:
- your friend has not installed the game
- your friend has created a guest account instead of registering
- your friend didn't buy any property from the "buy property" tab
- the invitation link was opened on a device other than the one where the game is installed
- limit of 10 successful invitations has been reached
Also, if the invited person is another account of the inviting player, the security system will not allow the coins to be sent.
Please remember that since those coins are given by an automatic system, Customer Support cannot send them manually.
